Autumn Calm
A 3 Night Women’s Reset Retreat in the Dorset Countryside
October 9th-12th 2026
Ready for a proper reset?
Not the kind where you light a candle, have an early night and tell yourself you feel better.
The kind where you actually step away from everything for a few days and give yourself the space to think clearly again.
Because life gets busy.
You fall into routines, you keep saying yes, and before you realise it, you have not had a moment to properly stop and ask yourself how you actually feel.
Autumn Calm has been created for exactly that moment.

A few days to step away
This is not about escaping your life, but about giving yourself the space to step away from it for a short time, so that you can return feeling calmer, clearer and more in control.
You will spend three nights in a beautiful private countryside home in Dorset, surrounded by nature, fresh air and a sense of space that allows you to properly switch off from the pace of everyday life.
There is no pressure to be constantly doing something, and no expectation to show up in a certain way, only the opportunity to slow down, reset and take time for yourself without feeling guilty for it.
What You Will Experience
Your time at Autumn Calm has been designed to feel balanced, unhurried and genuinely restorative, allowing you to take what you need from the weekend without feeling overwhelmed or over-scheduled.
Across the three days, you will experience a thoughtful mix of movement, relaxation and quiet reflection, all set within the calm surroundings of the Dorset countryside.
This retreat is designed to give you time for yourself, with a flexible and considered approach where all activities remain optional and may evolve, allowing you to take what you need from the experience in a way that feels right for you.
Morning Yoga
Each day will include gentle, accessible movement designed to help you reconnect with your body, improve mobility and release tension, whether you are completely new to yoga or already have an established practice.
Nutrition guidance
A qualified nutritionist will be part of the weekend, offering simple, realistic guidance to help you better understand how to fuel your body in a way that supports your lifestyle, energy levels and overall wellbeing, without restriction or overwhelm.
Optional Activities
Each day will follow a gentle rhythm, with a selection of optional sessions designed to support both your body and mind. Including aerial yoga, sound healing, mobility and guided practices, all carefully curated.
Time outdoors
With access to beautiful countryside surroundings, there will be opportunities to step outside, breathe in fresh air and enjoy gentle walks, allowing you to feel grounded and reconnected to your environment.
Reset and Reflection
You will be given the space and guidance to pause, reflect and consider what you need moving forward, with light structure to support you without making the experience feel intense or overwhelming.
Pool and sauna access
Throughout your stay, you will have full use of the private pool and sauna, giving you the freedom to unwind at your own pace, whether that means starting your morning slowly or ending the day in complete relaxation.
