Meet your weekend
The Wild & Slow Weekend has been designed around two contrasting experiences, with Saturday focused on fun, confidence and connection, while Sunday will offer more time to slow down, stretch and properly switch off.
Pilates at the WILD one
Molly will lead a one-hour Pilates session designed to get you moving, build strength and leave you feeling energised. Expect controlled movement, good vibes and Molly’s signature precision over pressure approach.
Workshop at the SLOW one
Life coach, Kat will guide a two-hour Permission to Pause session, combining reflective journalling with a creative canvas bag workshop, encouraging you to slow down and reconnect before the year runs away with you.
Dance Class
Zumba at the WILD one
A one-hour feel-good dance class designed to get you out of your head and moving. No dance experience needed, just good music, plenty of energy and absolutely no pressure to take yourself too seriously.
Sounds at the SLOW one
Lau from Bloom & Belong will close our Slow Day with a deeply relaxing sound bath, giving you time to completely switch off, settle into stillness and simply listen. The perfect ending to a day dedicated to slowing down.
Yoga
At the WILD and SLOW one
Both days will begin with a grounding yoga session, giving you time to move, stretch and settle into the day. Suitable for all levels, whether yoga is already part of your routine or completely new to you.
And More...
At the WILD and SLOW one
Because it’s never just about the schedule. Expect delicious food, time outdoors, beautiful surroundings and plenty of time to connect with the people around you. The little things that make the day feel special.
What Your Day Looks Like

ARRIVE
We’ll welcome you to Launceston Farm with a drink, a little something to eat and time to settle in before the day begins.
MOVE
We’ll start with movement to wake up the body and get you out of your head. Expect yoga across both days, with Pilates joining the line-up on Wild.
EAT
Good food is a very important part of the plan. We’ll sit down together for a delicious, nourishing lunch with plenty of snacks and drinks throughout the day.
EXPERIENCE
This is where Wild and Slow take their own direction. Get creative, dance and try something new on Wild, or journal, walk and properly switch off on Slow.
CONNECT
There’s breathing room built into the day too. Time to chat, explore the farm, meet new people and actually enjoy where you are rather than rushing from one session to the next.
FINISH
We’ll bring the day to a close together before you head home around 5pm, hopefully feeling very glad you gave yourself the day.
FAQs
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Lots of our guests come alone and our days are designed to feel friendly and relaxed from the moment you arrive. You definitely won’t be the only one.
Do I need any yoga or Pilates experience?
Not at all. All sessions are designed to be welcoming to different abilities and experience levels, with options offered throughout.
What’s included in my ticket?
Everything you need for the day. All sessions and activities, food and refreshments, and a few little Wellness by Case Travel extras along the way.
What do I need to bring?
We’ll send you everything you need to know before the retreat, including what to wear and anything you’ll need for your sessions. Mostly, just come comfy and ready for the day.
What time does the day run?
Both Wild and Slow run from approximately 9am–5pm at Launceston Farm. Your final itinerary and arrival information will be sent to you before the day.
Can I book both days?
Yes! Wild and Slow have been designed as two completely different experiences, so you can join us for your favourite or make a weekend of it and do both.
Are dietary requirements catered for?
Yes. Once you've booked, we'll ask you to complete a guest information form where you can let us know about allergies and dietary requirements. We'll do our best to accommodate these.
What if I have an injury, health condition or accessibility requirement?
Please let us know on your guest information form after booking. This allows us to make our facilitators aware of anything relevant and help you participate safely and comfortably. If you're unsure whether the day is suitable for you, please contact us before booking.
Where is the retreat?
Wild & Slow takes place at Launceston Farm in Dorset, surrounded by countryside. Full arrival and parking information will be sent before the event.
Cancellation Policy
As Wild & Slow are small, carefully planned retreat days with limited spaces, your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.
If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Tickets are non-refundable, however you are welcome to transfer your place to another person at no additional cost. Please contact us with the new guest's details before the event.
If Wellness by Case Travel needs to cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of your retreat payment.
The itinerary and facilitators may be subject to change where circumstances outside of our control require it. Where possible, we will replace any changed activity or facilitator with an appropriate alternative.
