Wild and Slow
Two Different Wellness Days in the Dorset Countryside
Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 October 2026
Launceston Farm, Dorset
Ready for a different kind of wellness weekend?
We have created a wellness weekend that feels relaxed, social and genuinely enjoyable, without asking anyone to take themselves too seriously or commit to anything that feels uncomfortable or overly spiritual.
The Wild & Slow Weekend will bring together movement, fresh air, nourishing food, meaningful conversation and plenty of opportunities to laugh, with two completely different day experiences taking place at Launceston Farm.
Saturday will be playful, lively and social, while Sunday will offer a slower and more restorative pace, allowing you to choose the day that suits you best or join us for both and enjoy the full weekend experience.

Two days to step away
The Wild & Slow Weekend is not about escaping your life or trying to completely transform yourself in the space of two days, but rather giving yourself time away from work, responsibilities and your usual routine so that you can move, reset and enjoy doing something different.
Across the weekend, we will combine yoga, countryside walks, nourishing food and carefully selected wellness experiences within the beautiful surroundings of Launceston Farm.
Each day will be structured enough to feel special while still allowing plenty of time to relax, talk and enjoy the setting, with no pressure to perform, be especially flexible or arrive already knowing anyone.
You are welcome to come alone, bring a friend or join us for both days if you would like to experience the livelier Saturday and the slower Sunday together.
What You Will Experience
The Wild & Slow Weekend has been designed around two contrasting experiences, with Saturday focused on fun, confidence and connection, while Sunday will offer more time to slow down, stretch and properly switch off.
Although the final schedule and guest practitioners will be announced closer to the event, the following experiences will remain at the heart of each day.
Yoga with Dannie
Both days will include yoga with Dannie, with Saturday focusing on playful movement, balances and optional handstands, while Sunday will take a slower approach with stretching, mobility and recovery.
Wellness Workshops
Each day will include a carefully chosen wellness workshop, with Saturday feeling more creative and uplifting, while Sunday will focus on practical wellbeing that can be used in everyday life.
Fun and Restorative Experiences
Saturday will finish with a lively dance or movement session, while Sunday will end with sound healing and a quieter, more restorative close.
Time Outdoors
Both days will include relaxed countryside walks with plenty of time to chat, enjoy the surroundings and spend time away from screens.
Time to Connect
The small group setting will make it easy to meet people naturally through walking, eating and taking part in the experiences together.
Pool and sauna access
Both days will include a relaxed breakfast, a nourishing lunch, snacks and refreshments
What You Will Leave With
By the end of the day, you will have enjoyed time away from your usual routine, moved your body in a supportive environment and taken part in experiences that are designed to feel useful, uplifting and enjoyable.
You will also leave with practical ideas to support your wellbeing, more confidence in trying something new, time spent in the countryside and the chance to meet other women in a relaxed setting.
Whether you choose the livelier Saturday, the slower Sunday or both days together, the aim is for you to leave feeling better than when you arrived, without the weekend ever feeling overly serious or prescriptive.
This Retreat Is For You If
The Wild & Slow Weekend is ideal for anyone who enjoys wellness but does not want anything that feels too formal, intense or overly spiritual.
It is also well suited to anyone who would love a full day of movement, good food and time outdoors, or who wants to attend an event alone without feeling awkward or out of place.
You may already enjoy yoga, or you may simply be curious to try it in an environment where there is no judgement, no expectation to be flexible and no pressure to perform.
The weekend will work equally well for those who want a fun and social day out, those who need a slower day of recovery or anyone who would enjoy experiencing both.
